Yin/Yang Yoga In-Person

Yin/Yang Yoga ~ Rejuvenate your system with seasoned yoga instructors, Amy and Ale'. Classes will appropriately challenge and nurture people of all ages and fitness levels, including those who have never walked into a yoga room or who are seasoned yogis. The aim is to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems while isolating muscles, joints and fascia. We do this by utilizing gravity, often while lying down.  This support lets the body release tension in dominate muscles so joints can open and that smaller muscle groups can be strengthened to help balance the body. This practice is intended to address the challenges of our modern lifestyle. This class is free and open to the public. Donations for the instructor are welcome.
