Join us for a calming and rejuvenating session of Midday Mindfulness at the library, led by the experienced mindfulness instructor, Crisanne. This 30-minute program is designed to help you take a break from your busy day, reduce stress, and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing mindfulness for years, everyone is welcome to participate in this free and open-to-all event. No registration is required.

Note: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and ensure a prompt start.
