Yin Yang Yoga with Miriah In-Person

Join instructor Miriah Meiers for a combination of slow-flow Vinyasa Flow (Yang) paired with Yin Restorative Poses (Yin) for balanced yin and yang chi. Yin Yang brings balance to the body, spirit, & mind. Yoga for everybody. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. This class is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome for the instructor.
