CANCELLED Peri/Menopause Series: Understanding Hormone Replacement Therapy In-Person

SESSION 1: June 22nd (3-5pm) - Understanding hormone replacement therapy and other evidence-based strategies to better manage peri/menopause symptoms featuring Meg Benasutti, ANP-BC, and Kimberly Walker, DNP, APRN, WHNP-BC, from the Alpine Women's Center.
SESSION 2: July 13th (3-5pm) - Learn about integrative and therapeutic interventions to support your body and brain health while navigating the hormonal shifts in peri/post/menopause, featuring Sarah Tyler, MSN, FNP-C, and Gretchen Williams, LPCC, CYT.
Sarah Tyler, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in critical care and over a decade of experience in integrative primary care. She holds nursing degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Vanderbilt University. Guided by a holistic approach to health, Sarah blends evidence-based medicine with an emphasis on whole-person well-being. Originally from Philadelphia, Mississippi, she now lives in Telluride with her husband, two children, and their dog, Simon Jefferson.
Gretchen Williams, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate specializing in clinical mental health and holistic wellness for women and teens. She's hosted nearly a dozen peri/menopause workshops and mental health support groups, educating and arming women with resources, choices, and support. Gretchen has also been a yoga teacher and bodyworker for more than a decade in New York City and San Pancho, Mexico before landing in Telluride in 2020. Gretchen holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Speech Communications.
