Mindful Movement and Gentle Yoga with Gretchen In-Person
Have a little fun and feel good while you create mobility (flexibility, range of motion) and stability (strength). We'll pair it with breath awareness and other calming techniques for one hour of movement that's safe for all bodies and open to most ages (11+). Donation based.
