An Introduction to Breathwork with Jordan Carr: Using the breath to support holistic wellness and deep introspection. 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month.

In this class we will explore the basics of breathing techniques in ancient Pranayama along with more modern styles of breathing like Wim Hof, Holotropic, and Conscious Connected breathing. This class is an introductory class great for those curious as to how breath work could be applied to improving their life and health. 

Instructor Bio: 

After years of pushing his limits as a competitive mountain biker, Jordan discovered something profound: the breath holds the key to remembering our interconnectedness with all life. His journey through yoga, nature-based spirituality, and plant medicines led him back to this fundamental truth—that conscious breathing can regulate our nervous system, unlock expanded awareness, and guide us into deep meditative states.

Now Jordan serves as a steward of the breath, sharing these simple yet transformative techniques. In this beginner-friendly class, he'll guide you through breathwork practices designed to enhance your wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Come explore how your own breath can become a pathway to greater connection and healing.
