Script Club: The Devil Wears Prada In-Person
By popular demand, our next meeting has been bumped up! Join us for our new program, in partnership with Telluride Theatre: SCRIPT CLUB! This quarterly series will explore contemporary classics and modern-day scripts and screenplays. We will discuss the historic, literary and performative nature of these plays and films.
This month, we'll be reading The Devil Wears Prada. The novel is written by Lauren Weisberger, and the screenplay was adapted by Aline Brosh McKenna. For this club meeting, we ask that you read the screenplay -- but if you are interested in reading the novel for "extra credit," go for it! The first five people who sign up will get into a raffle for a copy of the novel!

Please read the script before our meeting! We will discuss the text, and after our discussion, we will watch the film. BYO snacks!
At the end of each meeting, we will decide as a group what script we’ll read next.
The next meetings are scheduled for 1/13 and 5/12 in 2026.
