Balance in Motion - Equilibrio en Movimiento In-Person
Move, breathe, and energize in this dynamic bilingual class, led by Lauren Norton, designed to uplift your body and mind! Blending the strength and flow of Pilates, the rhythm and energy of dance, and the grounding presence of yoga and breathwork, this session will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized. Open to all levels, this fun and fast-paced class welcomes everyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive community space. This class is free, but donations for the instructor are welcome.
Muévase, respire y llénese de energía en esta dinámica clase bilingüe, dirigido por Lauren Norton, diseñada para fortalecer su cuerpo y mente. Combinando la fuerza y fluidez del pilates, el ritmo y la energía de la danza, y la presencia equilibrante del yoga y la respiración, esta sesión le dejará sintiéndose fuerte, en armonía y revitalizado/a.
